The first 4 star hotel where everything was good and spotless. Central location of this hip new venue was a bonus. There were a lot of restaurants to eat, like Changuiche that was only 5 minutes' walk away. The restaurant was excellent and reasonably priced, on the second floor.

The hotel was an excellent place for enjoying a pretty quiet area, next to the city center, the casino.

It was such great time in San Jose. The place was CHEAP, we loved it. Based in a market area. The staff was consistently courteous, they showed us what incredible service is supposed to be like. A wide range of gorgeous food.

Our experience here was restful. Neat place, handy location, cool staff. We loved lovely room with WiFi, air conditioning and flat-screen television.

I liked the lobby, it was inviting. Set in wonderful area, casinos and restaurants were close to the hotel. Restaurant in venue was reasonably priced and the pool area was well-maintained. Convenient place to stay while in San Jose.

So clean hotel in a sketchy area. The breakfast was simply delicious with plenty of very tasty food on offer. Comfortable enough bed in deluxe queen room with television, a work desk and a fireplace. Very very helpful staff, perfect stay. Outstanding service overall.

Had a PERFECT 10/10 stay and will come back. Beautifull hotel, updated room, loved the bed. Quite large suite and super comfortable bed. Having different hot drinks in the sports bar was a very nice touch.

This hotel is deluxe, great location, helpful staff. For tea or coffee visit tournant restaurante y cafe nearby. Coffee & tea makers and a refrigerator were in the deluxe king room. Regards to your valet.
